Corporate professionals feel like getting ahead means losing themselves in the process.
Succeed at work while remaining exactly who you are.
Character first. Strategy with a soul.
Ever feel like the only way to get ahead at work is to become someone you don’t recognize? But don’t have the language, structure, or leverage to do anything about it?
That’s not a you problem.
It’s what happens when corporate systems reward theatrics, politics, overworking, and call it “professionalism.”
Workplace Woke gives you the language, structure, and strategy to change that without the identity tax.
Whether you're charting a bold course in the boardroom, leading or contributing to teams that shift industries, or rising as a woman in male-dominated spaces, our process meets you where you are and equips you to lead with what you already have.
Our community believes…
Character over cutthroat competition wins every time
Civility, curiosity & friendship aren’t soft skills —they’re success strategies
Authenticity isn't unprofessional — it's the whole point
What Clients are Saying
"This was a transformative experience for many, myself included—as a man. In just a 25-minute interview, I learned so much about how to simply show up as myself, to believe in my intentions, and to hold fast to the core values that define who I am."
AK, Executive Board Member
"Erin has a special way of helping you tap into your inner strengths and grow them with intention. I’d recommend her training to anyone who feels stuck or like they’ve plateaued in the workplace. Her work equips you with the tools to break free from what’s holding you back and step into your full potential."
AS, HR Professional
“'Let’s talk about it!' is living rent-free in my head right now, thanks to Erin. She jumped in right away, asking thoughtful questions about what I was feeling and experiencing at work. From the start, she encouraged me to speak openly about the challenges I’ve been facing: a hostile environment, low morale, and high turnover. Erin truly listened and offered grounded suggestions to support my mental well-being as I prepare to bring my concerns to management.”
DN, Administrative Assistant
“With all the demands of operating at the C-suite level, I rarely have the time or bandwidth to step back and re-examine—or reimagine—certain protocols. Erin helped me see how to reconstruct our infrastructure without starting from square one.”

FAQ
-
I'm a Workplace Transformation Strategist, a title that didn't exist until I created it. I'm not here just to cheer you on; I'm here to design strategy within real systems: politics, power, bias.
My work blends biblical wisdom, social science, and lived experience as a Black woman in Silicon Valley tech and corporate America.
The result: professionals who can navigate bad managers, toxic dynamics, marginalization, and feeling stuck, undervalued, or invisible — without burning bridges or becoming someone they're not.
-
Most coaching focuses on you as the primary variable. My work names the system you're in as a variable too, and builds strategy around both. Faith is also a major component of my framework and how I see success. I focus on values-aligned advancement and mid-career restoration with real runway so you leave with perspective and a plan.
-
I’m not a therapist, a corporate fixer, or a motivational hype woman. I don’t sell overnight reinventions or ignore systemic realities. I won’t bypass your faith or values, or push you into performative leadership that looks good on paper but feels wrong in your body.
I’m not here to keep broken systems running more smoothly; I’m here to help you stop contorting yourself to fit them and design a path that honors both your ambition and your integrity, individually and organizationally.
-
I'm a Jesus-loving, faith-rooted strategist, but this isn’t a Bible study. My work is grounded in Christian values like dignity, honor, truth-telling without malice, restoration over retaliation. If you recognize those as human values worth building on, we'll work well together. If you're radically uncomfortable with any spiritual or biblical framing, this work may not be a good fit.
-
Pricing varies depending on the format, scope, and goals we identify together. Once we have our call, we’ll walk through options and ensure you feel clear and confident before moving forward.
-
It depends on the path. In 5-week work, you can expect sharper clarity, stronger positioning, and clear next steps you can act on immediately. In 10-week and group experiences, you'll map a fuller runway — roles, brand, relationships, and options aligned with where you're going. For sales-focused engagements, the timeline shifts to your quarter and pipeline. Sustainable change within real systems doesn't happen overnight, but clients typically see shifts in confidence, visibility, and direction within the first 15-30 days of working together.
-
We’ll start with a no-cost 45‑minute conversation to figure out which path best fits your situation. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of whether we’re a match, what might shift for you in the next season, and how my approach could support your growth. You can book that call now, or keep reading through About, Services, and “Why Workplace Woke” to decide what speaks to you, and then book when you’re ready.
